Kadimah Preschool is committed to providing positive outcomes for children and a high quality educational experience. To achieve this goal we therefore employ appropriately qualified and experienced teachers. Both our Head Teacher and Teacher are fully qualified and registered.
The teachers understand the benefits of self review and engage in a cycle of ongoing reflection and evaluation. They regularly participate in professional development and conduct action research in order to make changes and improvements within the Preschool.
All the Preschool teachers speak a language other than English and have experience of living and working in multicultural communities outside of New Zealand.
The Preschool teachers meet regularly with the Kadimah School teachers to support the successful transition of children into the school and to maintain professional relationships and continuity between the services.
